Compressed air distribution networks (TESEO)
Teseo aluminum networks are suitable for pressures up to 15 bar for compressed air or higher in some applications. It is also suitable for dispensing vacuum and liquids.
Teseo is faster to install than traditional piping systems, thanks to its articulated design. It is connected using simple Allen key clamps and o-ring seals to ensure that the new system does not appear any leaks.
Subsequent modification is also simple and fast, with kits available for connection even when the system is fully operational.

Teseo aluminium pipeworks network advantages
- Minimize leaks
The Teseo pipeline tightening and sealing system eliminates leaks, a major problem in many compressed air systems. Therefore, Teseo piping systems save energy that is usually wasted on traditional systems.

The high-precision aluminum profiles of the Teseo tubes have a very smooth inner surface. The friction of the air flowing through the pipe is significantly lower than in a conventional rough steel or black steel pipe. Such a feature can easily translate into a lower pressure drop and an increase in flow with the same electricity consumption.
